I have a pair of Avid Shorty 15C cantilever brakes for
sale. They never saw much use. However one of the
brakes has a slightly stripped 3mm set screw. It?s
possible that using a 1/8" set screw may work
perfectly. (At least that?s what I?d consider trying,
unless you are a nanosurgeon and/or good with a tap
and die set.)
I am not sure what to ask for these since one is
damaged and Avid has changed their product line. As
far as I can tell these are basically like the Shorty
6 brakes ? i.e. cartridge-style Rim Wrangler brake
pads ? which retail for around $40/ea. Email me if
