This is a 4 bike top tube mount style bike rack for a 2" receiver hitch.
It's stout, works very well, is used but in good working order.
It uses sturdy velcro straps to attach the top tube of the bike to the rack
arm, and protects the bike paint with hard rubber standoffs. Secure the
wheels to the bike rack with a simple bungie to keep it from rocking back
and forth. Lock and keys for rack to vehicle connection.
Rack can be rotated 90 degrees when not in use so as not to extend to far of
the back of the vehicle.
