Hi All,
Well it's time to purge the race stuff I must finally admit that I am
not using anymore, so here goes:
1 set of rarely raced Mavic GL 330 tubulars (w/tires that have loads of
life) laced to Dura-ace hubs. $125 for the pair.
1 set of super light climbing race wheels (tubulars). Fir rims, the
front is radial spoked, both wheels have ti nipples and dura-ace hubs.
These wheels were raced for a season but only in hilly races. $200 for
the pair.
1 set of Mavic open 4cd training wheels. Currently laced to Campy
8-speed hubs with an 8-speed 12-23 cassette on there. Though you may
have no use for the 8-speed Campy, the rims and spokes are in great
shape as these wheels were removed in favor of Shimano gear after about
3 months of spring training on them. $100 gets all of it.
1 set of Mavic Cosmics. These were my third set of Cosmics...love em',
but alas I'm not racing and they have been sitting idly in my basement
except when someone borrows them a few times a year. Thre is currently
a Shimano 9-speed 12-21 on there that goes with them should you want
them. These wheels are not the lightest, but definitely the stiffest,
most responsive, bomb proof wheels I've ever ridden. $250 takes the
pair and the cassette.
1 beautiful, custom painted 54 cm (center to top), 54 cm top tube,
Guerciotti track bike complete with Mavic gel 280 tubulars and Campy
track hubs. It's painted Emerald Green with brand new Guerciotti
stickers. I raced this bike less than 10 times and never crashed it. I
think it has an 88 inch gear on there right now. $600 complete. I'll
send a picture if you are interested.
That's all. Please reply to gunt-@onid.orst.edu should any of it
sound enticing. I'm in Corvallis.
