I upgraded to SRAM and have the following available:

Great stuff for a cross bike or rain bike or whatever

9speed 6500 series Ultegra shifters (R/L). $150
--Right side was new last fall, so it is in excellent condition with only rub marks on the brake handle.
--Left side was a bit older and thus more worn looking (dust cap is scratched).  Functionally fine though.

9Speed 6500 series Ultegra 12/25 Cassette. $35
Purchased last fall (same time as right side shifter). Great condition with minimal wear.

9speed 6500 series Ultegra rear deraileur. $25 
A couple of years old, but functionally works great.  A bit scratched up.

I Would prefer to sell as a set and will do a package deal $200 OBO for all. 

Parts are in NE PDX (or can bring to Short Track or Tabor next week)
