1.25 cups water
.25 cup milk
4.5 cups flour
2 tsp. yeast
.75 Tbs sugar
2 tsp salt
.75 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
2 Tbs olive oil
Pour .25 milk in measuring cup then fill in the rest with your water so it comes to 1.5 cups at 110 deg. Mix all in a large bowl adding flour last. Mix then knead for 15 min. Let rise in a warm place for 1.5 hours or so.
