Brand New Avid Elixir R Brakes with Carbon Levers! These are the latest and greatest hydraulic disc brakes from SRAM/Avid. Much better stopping power than Avid Juicys because of their new "taper bore technology". They come pre-bled with all the mounting hardware, hoses, and 185mm rotors, but I can swap them out for 160mm rotors if you'd prefer.

These have Carbon brake levers, which makes them unique the lightest Elixir brakes Avid offers (even lighter than the ElixirCR brakes, which retail for over $400). You can't buy them through QBP and probably not through your local bike shop. Come to think of it, you can probably only get them through me b/c they are so new.

The brake pads load from the top, which makes pad replacement easy, unlike replacing the pads in Juicys.
