here is some information on a class coming this weekend.

I will be going to Portland this Saturday to teach a course for beginning
USAC officials. *Please let others know about the course*. This will
satisfy the requirement to get the USAC moto ref endorsement at the class in
Bend on 7/25.

*Details*:

· *What*: USAC Official Regional C course

· *Where*: Madison’s, 1109 SE Madison, Portland, OR

· *When*: Saturday, 7/11/09, from 9am to 4pm

· *Cost*: Class is free, annual license for USAC is $35 and must be
paid with license application

· *What to bring*: Notepad and pen/pencil

· *What to wear*: Comfortable clothes

· *Why*: Because you love cycling and bike racing!

· *Minimum age*: Officials may be younger than 18, but may only
work certain positions until they turn 18.

· *Maximum age*: Heck NO, just have to be able to climb in and out
of cars and up onto stages

· *RSVP*: While it is not required to RSVP, it would be great if
you would let Tod know if you’re coming so we can have sufficient materials
