back in college we didn't have a dry campus but you couldn't sell alcohol on
campus. we used to get around this by selling punch cards. each punch on
the card was worth one beverage.

something like this might be able to be used to get around the "no fee"
verbiage?

I believe the part we're all interested is this:

- Krugers applied to keep their "Farm Stand" retail operation and
include promotional activities like weddings and bike races
- Application partially approved, with exception of most of the
promotional activities. "Weddings, bike races, birthday parties,
corporate picnics, and group gatherings are not allowed as part of
this decision."

This is discouraging because it's such a great venue for cross/kermesse. I
hope they appeal. Would comments to the land use board do any good at this
point?
