I agree. I too love racing but the mass start and short distance leave me

wondering if I should race that one in the future. Perhaps it would be

better for all involved if next year the Experts do 2 laps or a longer lap,

and the start times for each class are 1 minute apart?   

Of course, I am assuming the race organizers want our feedback, and it is

possible they don't.

Most people drive more than 2 hours to get to Bend. Is it worth it for a

race that lasts less than 1.5 hours? Expert winning time was 1 hour 10

minutes, I think we could of handled another lap. Plus what's up with

the mass start of all classes? I know it makes it easier for the

promoters but causes alot of bottlenecking on the mostly single track

course. I love bike racing and will go to all of them no matter what.

I'm just saying I expect more. Maybe I'll put on a race on an open date

next year. Half the entry fees would get thrown into the prize pool too!
