KGW has been HUGE for the track so far. They are doing a (or 2) morning show bits on AVC, they were you at the track today shooting stock footage. Now this interview with Steve.

I was pretty much born in a news room. My dad worked for KGW, KPTV and currently KATU (he's actually the one that shot the keirin crash last year.)
If I've learned one thing, its that newrooms read those letters and emails that are sent in. They take them pretty seriously too. So I don't think it would hurt for us to send a couple letters there way just to say thanks.

Ya never know, someday KGW or one of the other stations might help fund a new track :)
