It is important to remember that following through in a case like this is important. All the riders involved in this
incident may be called upon to make sworn statements, testify in court, etc. This is vitally important.
I've talked to several riders who have been run off the road, harassed, etc., and never pursued the case. Every
time some social defective skates because somebody didn't want "all the hassle" of pressing charges, that
means said defective can and probably will go out and do it again.
Perhaps Mark Ginsberg can give details as to the process of pursuing a criminal case of this nature.

As our afternoon group of cyclists were headed back from a lunch time ride today on Bethany Blvd near 26, we had a rather interesting altercation with a motor vehicle. Apparently, the driver was upset with us being on the road AND riding single file. As he passed us, he tried to scrape us off the road and was then nice enough to try to run the person on the front off the road.
