County rules against Kruger's Farm

Once a quarter, eh? Doesn't that mean there could be 2 races: the customary "Crossing" in November (that's Oct-Nov-Dec) and a "Kermesse" in September (that's July-Aug-Sept)? That's not bad, actually.

It floors me what passes for legislative/administrative thought in Multnomah
County/Oregon. It is almost as if common sense is something that doesn't
exist.

i was actually out at kruger's yesterday picking berries, (wonderful by the
way), and got to talk to mr. kruger. i thanked him very much for his
efforts. he told me that he thinks there is a way he can get the races to
continue but they could only be held once a quarter. not ideal but better
then nothing i suppose.

Yeah. I really don't get it about the concerts being a special case.

So they can still hold concerts, but everything else is out? Guess they'd have to be free shows by this ruling. This really stinks. The Kruger's Kermesse series was a great set of races.

So they can still hold concerts, but everything else is out? Guess they'd
have to be free shows by this ruling. This really stinks. The Kruger's
Kermesse series was a great set of races.
