Co-Motion Tandem Stage Race Road Course Preview - This Saturday, July 18th @ 10AM

Interested in racing the Co-Motion tandem stage race this August? Our Co-Motion tandem race director, Sal Collura, is leading a tandem ride on the new road course in Coburg (just north of Eugene) this Saturday!

Meet in the middle of town in Coburg (near the gazebo) at 10AM and head out for a 60 mile ride that will take you along the flats and climbs of the race course.

Coburg is a small town just north of Eugene, on the east side of I-5, for those of you who haven't been there. Head to (what I think is) the only stoplight in town and the gazebo isn't far away.

HAHA! The course profile that is posted looks very pointy and scary! The course is not flat, but that course profile makes it look much steeper than it really is. Pay more attention to the numbers than the drawing.

Turn by Turn Course Directions...

Start at FBC on Coburg Road (Neutral)
Use County Farm to get onto Coburg Road
Right before Fire Station onto Coburg Road North (End Neutral)
Right on Priceboro at 11 miles
Turns into Gap Road at 15 miles
Right on Gap Road at 17 miles (flagger)
Right on Bishop Way 228 East at 25 miles (flagger)
Turns into Country Creek Road in Crawfordsville at 30 miles
Right on Brush Creek Road at 32 miles
Feed Zone at 40 miles
Turns into Marcola Road at 48 miles
Right on Hill Road at 52 miles (corner marshal)
Right on McKenzie View at 55 miles (corner marshal)
Finish at 60 miles
