I've got an older pair of Sidi road shoes (I'm guessing an older version of the
Geniuses). Instead of velcro straps, the front two straps on the shoes have a
plastic flange that clicks into a little bracket (basically, imagine the
ratchet system but the strap slides in horizontally rather than clicks through
vertically). In any event, one of these plastic flanges broke off the leather
(or whatever it is) part of the strap (I have no idea where, I lost the plastic
piece).

I sent an email to Sidi, but haven't heard back. Any advice on how/where to get
this fixed? I'd much prefer to do it locally.
