Room for rent in SW PDX in the Barbur/Natio area by the Swan Mart. Its a nice and peaceful apartment that gets a good summer breeze at night and plenty of sunshine during the day. Quiet neighborhood on a dead end street behind a church. Good size apartment. Room for plenty of bikes. 1/2 block to bus stop (bus goes by every 5 mins going north or south on Barbur). Just .5 miles from downtown or 1 mile to Sellwood (so can commute by bike easily). Total cost (rent, cable, internet, power) is about 480-520 a month, pending on amount of power used. Needing someone to move in ASAP. NO CATS!!! Sorry, deathly allergic to them.
