Renee Mansour
Hello,
We as organizers of these events truly appreciate everything that you do to make these events the success that they are. With that being said, there have been some changes on the scheduling with Nationals for next week. Please take the time to look over the website. I truly apologize for all of this. I pride myself on organization, however there happened to be some miscommunication throughout the ranks on what time the racers were starting and the distances of the races. I promise this will be the last change. We are still in desperate need for many more volunteers, especially now with the changes. Please email or call me and I will try to get back to you in a timely manner as I am working the CCC this week. Please feel free to pass this email along to anyone that you think may be interested in helping out. Below is a run down of the needs or you can click on this link to web site: http://sites.google.com/site/2009usacycling/. Please note that when viewing the web site the green block are the unfilled positions and the red block are positions that need to be confirmed due to the time change. If your name is in the red box please let me know via email if this new time works for you. There are only 7 days before the start of these races!
