   While people are writing the Portland Parks about Tabor, you might

also express your support for Cross in Pier Park.

   I was told about a month ago we would not be able to use any of the

dirt or grass for Cross racing in Pier. This probably means Pier is

done as a Cross course since we have to use a bit of grass and dirt.

The higher ups in Portland Parks evidently feels that we do too much

damage. They do not care that the park superviser does not feel we

damage the park and the Neighborhood Association is 100% in support for

our race.
