Folks,

There was a recent incident at a race where an individual fell off the
back of the group, stopped, then re-entered the race. After
discussion with Candi, the clarification is that this may not occur.
Even if an individual wants to sit in or not contest the sprint, they
may not be allowed back into the race. This also precludes late
starters. Thus, if you want to race, you must arrive on time at the
start otherwise you will not be allowed to race.
