Sounds like either a conflicting IP address, or a router/hub issue.

The most solid yet time consuming way to get things back on the network
would be:
Shut everything off (not standby)

Restart your router

Restart (unplug/plug in) any network hubs or switches you have in the
network

Turn on the printer

Turn on one computer at a time

Our house has an internet network that includes 5 laptops, 3 desktops and 2
printers. For some reason things are dropping off and we cannot get the main
printer back active at all. Anyone have any suggestions on who to call (not
ghostbusters)
