For a quick, down and dirty method, I just sized my browser to the
format/size I wanted, then took a screen shot of the page and printed it.
Literally takes just a minute, and the nice thing is, you don't have to mess
with formatting, font issues, etc. It just looks like the web page. Here's
the one I just did for August:

If you're a Mac user, you have a screen shot utility built in, it's called
Grab, and it's in your Applications>Utilities folder. It has an auto crop
tool.
If you're a Windows user, using Vista, then you have a similar tool called
the Snipping Tool. Click on the Start Menu and start typing "snipping" into
the search box. (Although, this may not be in Vista Basic.)
Other Windows users can use PrintScreen, which is a button in the top right
of your keyboard. Hit that, then open up Paint or some other graphics
program, and go to Edit>Paste and then do some cropping.
If you don't like that much cutting and pasting, you can try a free Windows
tool like Cropper:

I've programmed up printable calendars before, and have run into browser and
compatibility issues where people still have messing around to do (remember
the Courthouse Kenji?). For me, this is quick and easy and gets me the copy
for the fridge!
Hope that helps a little.
