Just bought a new bike that is still brand new in the box. It has a SRAM Red regular 53/39 crankset and a SRAM Red 1090 12/25 cassette. My plan is to swap these for a compact 50/34 crank and an 11/28 cassette.
Best option: find someone to trade me straight across, new for new
Next best options: either buy the compact crankset and 11/28 cassette NEW (or very slightly used) and then try to sell what I've got.
Anyone out there have ideas for me?
