So...

We are putting in an offer on a foreclosure to move not only ourselves
but OBRA central to larger spaces (since we are growing we need the
space). It looks like there may be multiple bids but we are extremely
interested in this specific property. Does anyone have any advice on
how to deal with Fannie Mae to ensure that we are the winning bid?
