>From what I could tell today at the Psycho Cross Junior race, it went well.
The kids got the course for themselves and the officials read them the rule
book before the start to make them an "official race". Then they were off
on the adventure of a cross race without us slow or fast adults getting in
their way. It was pretty neat to see. They seemed to have a blast. It
also created a pretty relaxed atmosphere for the adults finished racing and
getting ready to rip. Good job to all involved in making this happen for
them. Actually we are part of that when we cheer them on, take them to
venue and support the races and sponsors.
The Psycho Cross Course rocked (literally) even though there was another
event taking place at the Camp. The course was fast. Sand was much fun. I
did whole race in my big ring but Wilson and Ott still crushed me. Much fun
however. Well organized, and the temp was much more like early cross season
than yesterday on the Peak. Both venues worked me good.
Thanks all,
ron
