24 Juniors in the first race! Not a bad turn out. We can do better Oregon! Thanks to all the parents who drove as far as Camas, Bend, and Grants pass to participate in the first race. Everyone had a great time, and at 8 categories we had a lot of podium finishers!
Thanks again to Sellwood Cycle Repair for the Planet Bike Spok headlights that everyone who participated walked away with. Stay tuned for announcements of more great registration Schwag. We had our Redline 24” Cross bike grand prize on display that quite a few kids were checking out. We will bring more from Kona and Redline at the upcoming races – Just look for the Kona and Redline tents.
The next race in the series is Saturday October 3rd at Heiser Farms near Salem. This is a really nice course along with a great family friendly venue complete with a gigantic pumpkin cannon, corn maze, and country store. Bring the whole family!
