I have this type of brake:

On the right lever if I have not used it in, say a couple of minutes, while riding it has resistance to being actuated. Once actuated it works fine as long as you keep using it. I feel like it needs lube somewhere but I can't find any maintenance stuff at the shimano website other than bleeding it.
Does anyone know what to do or can you point me to some directions for maintenance?
