Team Veloce is proud to present the 2009 edition of Battle at Barlow. Located at Sam Barlow High School in Gresham, the Battle is the first big cyclocross race in the Portland area.

This classic, popular former Cross Crusade course is best known for its challenging, railroad tie stepped run-up and long off- camber section. Two gradual climbs per lap will add to the burn, but overall the course could be described as euro-style: fast, with ample room to pass.

Save $$ and preregister at the Veloce Bicycle Shop (3202 SE Hawthorne • Portland, OR 97214).

Registration opens at 7:30 a.m. and racing begins at 8:30 a.m. with junior 10-15. Prizes will include a Veloce Gift Certificate to the winner of each category!
