Advice for design & production of team kits.

Regarding the design and production of cycling kits for teams. I am curious
to hear others experiences, so that maybe in the future I can apply this
knowledge and avoid some pitfalls and frustrations.
I have graphically designed kits and produced production ready artwork for a
few teams and a couple of clubs, I have worked with several suppliers,
Santini, Sugoi and Pactimo (three times). Each supplier has a radically
different style of communication and process from start to actually getting
kits in hand. Some are very detail oriented and some are sloppy, some have
excellent communication and others not. I have had some great experiences
and some poor.
Santini has been by far my best experience, the quality of their product is
very good and their ability to take a design concept and translate it across
a cut pattern to look good when on the body is second to none in my opinion
.

I am wondering if anyone has worked with Champ Sys from start to finish and
could provide me with some feedback, on or offline as to the pros and cons.

Likewise I can give you a lot of feedback regarding the companies I have
worked with.

Cheers
