Hey CCX racers. I will be heading north to Portland the next four Saturdays to teach a Responding to Emergencies Class (1st Aid and CPR) at PCC Rock Creek. This also coincides with Cross Crusade races-Barlow, Alpenrose, Rainier and Sherwoord, the following Sundays.
I would love to come out and watch the races, and make a fun filled weekend out of my trips. A few times people have brought up having help with their children during the races-so they can make the day a family event-sometimes one parent is racing, and the other needs to warm-up. Maybe dad is on duty while mom has a girl's day-and dad so wants to race his bike...

So-I thought I would throw my services out there. If it sounds like something you are interested in-please respond off list with details of what you need. Also-let me know if your child like dogs-at the venues that animals are allowed, I will probably have my beagle with me.

I can be out on the course with your children and cowbell in hand, out of the elements if it is raining, playing in the park (if the venue is a school), reading, activities, taking photos-whatever entertains them and me!

Compensation for my services is flexible. If the response is overwhelming-I will have to strategize my time and bring along some help:)
