Bent (pretty severely) steel frame

I have a steel CX frame that I very unceremoniously bent the crap out of while on my roof rack. I was certain 8' 2" was enough clearance was enough. Lesson learned, and PLEASE spare me the comments about me being a bone head or how "sorry" you are.

What I'm looking for is some contact info for someone who might want to take a peak and possibly repair the frame. I'm aware steel is (somewhat) repairable, but I know miracles can't be performed. Just want a professional opinion on whether it's worth it to look into straightening out. It's bent it 2 spots each on the top tube and down tube.

Also, any advice on whether to trust the carbon fork after such a collision....it looks fine?? the frame bending was caused by the seat/seat post catching (thanks Thomsom!!!!) so no impact was applied directly to the fork, but plenty of stress i'm sure.

Looking for helpfu advice, not just opinions. Thanks. please just reply to the email, no need to repost and share my misery with others.
