Steve,
I don't know what you ordered but perhaps a local store with a person you can talk to could help?

Full Cycles update.

I have called them several times now and have gotten no answer. I sent them an e-mail on Saturday and never got a response from that. They should not have charged my card without sending the merchandize and their website clearly states that the merchandize has not shipped.

If you call them and select option #2, the option to inquire about existing orders, you get a message saying the person you are trying to connect to is not available and then it says the mailbox is full so you can't leave a message. You can leave a message (I think you still can) if you select option #4 for sales however. Still, nobody answers their phones.

I have disputed the charge with my credit card company so it will be reversed within 2 business days. I did not want to do this unless it seemed like they were having trouble and I didn't have any other recourse as I know that companies hate it when you do this.

So, I'm just sending this out so others know about my experience. Take it for what it's worth of course.

Does anybody know what's going on with Full Cycles in Corvallis? I placed an order with them, they charged my card and never shipped the items. Nobody seems to be answering the phone so I'm just wondering if I should call my card company to have them reverse the charge.
