Why do people ride downhill through the cemetery anyhow. The cemetery is
good for riding uphill but you might as well ride Taylor's Ferry downhill as
you can safely go faster and you can keep up with traffic.

Should cyclists *always* be riding under 15mph in the cemetery? That
hill is pretty dang steep. Any cyclist will have to make a concerted
effort to keep it under 15 all the way down. Or, are we saying that
when funerals are in progress or mourners are around, cyclists should
show respect (ride slowly, avoid the funeral procession, perhaps even
get off and wait for them to pass).
The former is unlikely. If that's the expectation, they may as well
close the route to bikes now. If it's the latter, I think that's
probably do-able.
Perhaps they could close it only to downhill bikes? Downhill on
Taylor's Ferry might not be so bad.
