Hi Everyone,

I just received a phone call from the gentleman who mistakenly grabbed my
wheels from the pits at Heiser yesterday. The situation appears to be an
honest mistake and one that could happen to any of us when we are completely
oxygen deprived after a race. I will be reunited with the wheels on Tuesday
and everything should be great from there.

I do want to say thank you to everyone who either sent me an email, stopped
me at Alpenrose today, or just thought it was a bummer and they hoped the
wheels would be returned to me. It was a great feeling to have the support
of so many people and it made the situation seem not quite as bad as it
could have been. OBRA is a great community and I have never felt so much a
part of it as I have today.

On the flip side, the gentleman who took my wheels is now missing his own. I
believe he has just sent out an email to OBRA, so in theory, the situation
is back to square one, only the players have changed just a bit. If you do
see his post and know something about the wheels, please contact him so he
too can be reunited with his lost possessions. It is not a fun feeling.
