Tim is exactly right. You have to enter your USAC annual license number in the profile section for the registration to go thru. You can just say no to the UCI question. It's only needed if you race internationally. I found though, you have to enter your credit card information in the profile section as well. I wasn't crazy about that, but once the input is successful you get an automatic email from them that says your card has been charged and another one that you are registered. I suppose you can take the card info out of your profile once you have got all that in hand.
