Natz Reg Problems & Newly Purchased USAC Lic

I apparently have the dubious honor of having an old converted NORBA license
that I see is now an active valid USAC license, the "lookup" funciton on SBO
finds it with valid info as a road and cross license, yet I still cannot
register because the final process can't find it. I spoke again to Dirk and
he was really helpful and tried several alterative processes to help my
registration go through. Alas, I still remain unregistered.

Good luck to all!

I was finally able to register a short time ago...I did talk to him on the phone as well. Not sure if that accelleratef the process or not. Regardless, he was helpful.

I'd agree that as frustrating as this is, and the fact I am still unable to
register despite a valid license, Dirk is trying pretty hard to get this all
resolved.

I will say that I spoke with Dirk from SBO today. He was conscientious, customer-oriented, hasn't slept yet, and left his post only for a race this morning.

The problems with SBO last night were a major pain, but there are some good people trying to make things work over there.

Just got a phone call from a guy with SportsBaseOnline. Seems that a lot of people who bought USAC licenses in the last 24 hours are having a problem. He told me it looks like USAC has not updated their data base that SportsBaseOnline accesses to confirm you have a current USAC license. He has a bunch of his staff working on it and they have tracked down some USAC people who are trying to track down the USAC IT people to get the data base updated. Seems like until the data base is updated, many of us are in limbo. I love OBRA!!
