I'll be more specific this time: I'm looking for a frame and fork that I can transfer my Ultegra 9-speed gruppo to. My budget is VERY tight, so I'm talking $200 or so. The ideal candidate has a 1 inch threaded headset, 130mm rear dropout spacing, and is a worn but functional race bike with a stiff frame. Doesn't anyone have a scruffy old Cannondale or such laying about?
