According to the forms on Sportsbase a riders category is determined by their racing age as of December 31 2010. The race is more than a year prior to that date. I am interested in racing the u23 race and I am 21 y/o until November, 22y/o come nationals time. Now if I was to assume next years racing age it would be 23. Does this mean I cannot participate in the Under 23 race even though I will have just turned 22? I am confused on this subject. Please help.
