Mike Murray
He is a plastic surgeon that does hand surgery. Hand is shared (actually often fought over) between plastics and ortho. Having a surgeon refer you to non-surgical treatment is a good thing. Since surgeons get paid for doing surgery they tend to lean towards that. Layman is not one of those types of surgeons.

Doesn't Dr Layman just do hand surgery? My wife had a referal for possible surgery a couple years back and he referred her to physical therapy instead.

Hands down (pun intended) try Charles Layman out of St Vincents. He also goes to other hospitals if you need him to be on the east side exactly.
