Hi all,

I figure some of you may have experience on this route....

I'm going to take two days and drive to L.A. I would like to car-camp somewhere around San Fran and get a ride in early in the morning before finishing the drive. Anyone have any suggestions on where to be/camp? Ride will be on cross bikes so mixed on/off road is cool, but not mtn bike terrain.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. We would also like to hit up a good coffee/bakery stumptown type cafe in S.F. near HW 1 for some after ride fuel.
