Hello OBRA community,

I'm an early 30's active professional looking for 1 - 2 roommates to share my home. Raising cash primarily for my sabbatical from work (doing some traveling) in February 2010.

Here are the details:
1500 sq ft single level home (3 bedrooms 2 baths) in quiet neighborhood (dead-end street). Close to Commonwealth & Pioneer Parks.
Spare bedrooms have large closets & are on the other side of the house and 2nd bathroom would be yours
Bamboo floors, upgraded appliances, nice furniture
Garden backyard with large side patio off of dining room for hosting bbq's, gatherings, etc.
Garage has ceiling hooks for up to 2 of your bikes.

Temporary/month-to-month rental agreements considered. References, basic screening (felonies), and first and last required. Since I have 2 cats already, prefer to not add more animals to the mix (sorry).
