The Oregon Junior Cyclocross series Awards are planned for November 29th at
Camp Harlow in Eugene.

We want to make this as fun as possible for all the Juniors, and Parents.
Nov 29th is on the back end of Thanksgiving week that might make things
tougher.

Parents: Please take a minute to reply (to me off list) with your thoughts
on what would make this best for you.

1. Are you planning on attending
2. What time of day is best for the Awards (ASAP after the Junior
race, or after the A race)
3. Would you like Podium Photos (if yes be sure to bring clean team
wear for photo)
4. Would you like to have food / hot chocolate, stuff like that at the
venue
5. What kind of Awards are most appreciated (may be late for this, but
asking anyway)
6. Your idea / input here
7. As long as I am asking for feedback: What would make this better
for you / your Junior for next year? Assuming you want to see a Junior
series next year.

We will have an indoor club house at the venue for Awards.
I have a pretty cool method for deciding who wins the grand prize awards
that should be fun for all to participate in (Lottery points system).
We have medals everyone + some great clothing and useful cycling equipment
for series awards.

If you read the flyer carefully
http://www.obra.org/flyers/2009/jr_cross_series.html I was clear to state
that only the medals and grand prize awards would be mailed out. That said,
I really want all the merchandise to get to all the Juniors who have
participated. Please let me know if you will be attending.
