Are there any Mac experts out there? I have a minor (I hope) problem
with Mac Email.

Here is the problem: The oh-so-helpful email thing puts my full name
in front of my email address when I try to enter my email address. My
name/data is not in the Address Book app. I can't find anything in
Mac Email that does this. So I have to believe that someone (probably
wears a necktie) has hidden this away from prying eyes.

So where do I look to change this behavior?
