I have two identical Shimano RS-80 Carbon Clincher Wheelsets for sale. One pair is brand new, never taken out of the box. The other pair is lightly used for one summer as the training wheels on my TT bike. Wheels retail for $899 new. Both pairs include rim strips and skewers.

New pair: $540 OBO (60% of MSRP - I'm guessing this is approx. wholesale)
Used pair: $325 OBO (60% of the new pair)
