I need a roommate Dec 1st. It sounds fun to live with someone that wants to go on bike rides sometime. Here is the info:
$425/month, util inc except heat, move in: 1st/last $250 dep. In the Irvington neighborhood.

About the place: this is the second floor of a duplex, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. There's a porch, living room, dining room, huge kitchen, recycling/trash room, epic built-in shelf thing, basement (unfinished), back yard (shared with downstairs neighbors), and back balcony. The bedroom that will be available has a closet and large windows. And Irving Park in like a block away. Such a lovely park! The one downside of the place is that it doesn't have a washer and dryer. But there's a laundromat a block away...
