This is a basically new, but very low-end wheelset.
The front has maybe 50 miles on it.
The rear has the same mileage, but sustained some damage
during a mis-managed curb hop (wheel was seriously out of true,
but after some spoke tensioning it is not too bad;
however it has a slight "hop").
