Hello fellow cyclists!

I am on the tail end of a long term house/pet sitting, and am looking for housing starting early December (flexible start date).

I have several bikes (of course), snowboard, skis, and love biking, hiking, trail running, etc.

NEEDS:

Storage space for bikes etc.
Semi/mostly furnished place a plus
Bike commuting distance to the Pearl District
Smoke free living
