Hello,

An older couple driving a Mercedes cut me off making a left turn from a
lane two lanes over while I was in the bike lane (bike lane on left on
Pearl St. Eugene). I hit the side of the car and went down. Guy gave me
his name, number and address. I was given his license plate number by a
witness and also two, maybe three witnesses gave me their information
afterwards. Man said he'd pay for damages and is now refusing after I
got a professional estimate at Collin's Bike Shop immediately after the
altercation. I was told by the non-emergency number that I should
contact an attorney to pursue matters further. I am a UO student. I have
sent an e-mail to Mark Ginsberg, but seeing as how I am in Eugene, I am
not sure if I need to find someone else. Anyone know anything?
