For some of you the end of the racing season is coming to a close and for a number of you, the season has already ended. A handful of you will be racing USGP of cyclocross and cyclocross Nationals. You've all done an incredible job this year and you should all be incredibly proud of your accomplishments!

It is time to rest your hard-worked bodies and to reflect upon on your past year of cycling before getting back to those long, slower, winter miles in preparation for your next season of cycling.

I wanted to let all of you know that I practice massage therapy in Multnomah Village at 7409 SW Capitol Hwy, Suite 206. My office hours are: Mondays and Wednesdays 1:00 pm – 6:00 pm and Fridays 12:00 pm – 3:00 pm.

I also practice downtown at West Side Athletic Club 555 SW Oak Street and my hours there are Tuesdays 2:00 - 6:00 pm and Thursdays from 12:00 - 6:00 pm.

Rate at both locations are: $40 for 30 minutes; $60 for 60 minutes; $80 for 90 minutes

A little bit about my practice and how I work. I’ve been in practice for over 9 years and I am devoted to helping recreational and serious athletes; individuals who are experiencing limitations, pain or injuries; women who are expecting; and anyone who wants to indulge in a relaxation massage. My massage background is in Therapeutic Massage (myofascial and deep muscle work or relaxation) and Prenatal Massage. I tailor my work to each individual’s need, which is revealed by our conversation prior to each treatment. I listen with my hands, my technique is slow and deliberate, and I am constantly aware of my client’s non-verbal and verbal communications.

I also have gift certificates available. If there is someone on your holiday shopping list who enjoys massage, I can help you make that happen.
