Everything I saw in that race was "intense". They were having such a great race! I am so happy for my teammate Sean for his huge win, but I bet he would agree there quite a few winners out there yesterday. Such great sportsmanship from all I saw. The women had a good race as well... some bobbles moved people around in that field. And did I mention that Rich Kramer (taking a day off from the Master 50+) finished 3rd in the A Master race. Great day of racing. Crusade provided us with 8 great courses and days of racing. The wonderful people taking part in these events provided the love.
Only about 10.5 months until the start of the '10 Cross Crusade! Better start training by finishing out these upcoming Cross races.
Especially you juniors.... gain that experience and strength so you can rip the course.
