wednesday december 9th 7:30pm Rebound Physical Therapy in Bend will be hosting yet another cycling related lecture.
comparing and contrasting the physiology and biomechanics of ryan trebon and adam craig. We are going to quantify what it is these two riders do amazingly well and exactly what they are still lacking. will be analyzing power output characteristics using lactate under various conditions as well as looking at strength related characteristics of pedal stroke and trunk/core musculature. should be very insightful.
will raffle shwag and autographed jerseys of chris horner as well as carl decker, adam craig, and ryan trebon. to benefit sparrow foundation.
