2004 Orbea 56cm Starship Aluminum Frame. Includes headset and USE Alien Seatpost.

Columbus Starship Aluminum (sub-1kg) used for all tubing.

EXCELLENT condition. Incredibly stiff and responsive.

Originally used to build a sub-6kg, hillclimb specific bicycle. Used twice at Mt. Evans, once at Mt. Washington, and once at Mt. Graham, then stored.

This frame was bought from the Orbea factory unfinished, then professionally powdercoated (flat black) at the INTENSE Cycles factory in Southern California to save 200g in weight (over original frame w/ Euskatel paintjob).

It also has a downtube braze-on shift lever (Dura-Ace lever included) for the front derailleur, although a cable guide can be mounted instead if you choose to run an integrated shift/brake lever. comes with Campagnolo Record seatpost clamp.
